These SMS Terms and Conditions apply only to Thermatech’s text messaging program. They are separate from Thermatech’s employee software Terms and Conditions.
Program description
After voluntarily opting in, you may receive automated or non-automated text messages from Thermatech concerning account verification, onboarding, scheduling, assignments, operational notices, requested support, and other work- or service-related updates. Thermatech will not send marketing messages unless you separately consent to receive them.
Consent
By voluntarily opting in and providing your mobile number, you authorize Thermatech to send messages covered by the specific messaging program you selected. Consent applies only to Thermatech and may not be sold, rented, transferred, or treated as consent for another business or program.
SMS consent is not a condition of employment, account access, or purchasing goods or services. Accepting employee Terms and Conditions or an NDA does not by itself enroll you in SMS messaging.

Opting out
Reply STOP to any Thermatech text message to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. Opting out applies to SMS messages from the applicable program and does not prevent lawful communication through email, the employee portal, telephone, or other channels.

Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by your carrier, device, network availability, or other conditions outside Thermatech’s control.
Privacy
Thermatech handles mobile information as described in the Thermatech Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
Thermatech may update these SMS Terms periodically. The current version will be posted with its effective date. Where required, Thermatech will provide notice or obtain new consent before materially changing the messaging program.
